Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change your plan from your account settings at any time. When you switch, the change applies at your next billing date.
Is AllerPrism a medical product?
No. AllerPrism is a wellness tool that helps you spot patterns in your own meal and symptom data. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. This is not medical advice, always consult your doctor about symptoms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account so you can come back later. If you want it gone, you can export it and delete your account entirely.
Do both plans include the same features?
Yes. Monthly and annual are the same product. Annual is simply cheaper because you commit for the year.
