Why AllerPrism exists

One in ten people live with IBS. Most spend years guessing, restricting and starting over, because nobody connects what they eat to how they feel. Your answer is not in another generic list. It has been sitting in your own days all along.

Research suggests up to 3 in 4 people with IBS feel better on a structured low-FODMAP approach. AllerPrism is a wellness tool that helps you run that structure on your own data. It is not a medical device.

The method

01

Point your camera at the plate

AllerPrism identifies the foods and pulls their FODMAP and fiber values from a curated dataset, never a guess. Correct anything with one tap; every correction makes your record sharper.

02

Tell it how the day went

Bloating, pain, stool, mood, sleep. A full check-in is a few taps, designed to survive your worst days, because those are the days that matter most.

03

Watch your triggers surface

Every night your meals and symptoms are correlated. Suspects get ranked with the evidence behind them, then tested one FODMAP group at a time until you know.

The evidence

Ranked byyourevidence

Not a generic avoid-list. Every suspicion is scored against your own meals and symptoms, and you can open the exact days behind each number.

One tap turns it all into a clean PDF your doctor or dietitian can actually use.

Questions

Asked before,answered plainly

How is AllerPrism different from a food diary app?

A diary just stores what you type. AllerPrism reads a photo of your meal, estimates its FODMAP load from a curated food dataset, lines it up against your symptom logs, and shows you which foods keep appearing before your bad days. The longer you log, the sharper your personal picture gets.

Do I need a diagnosis to use it?

No. AllerPrism is a wellness tool for anyone who suspects food is behind their bloating, pain or unpredictable digestion. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If your symptoms are new or severe, please talk to a doctor first.

What is the low-FODMAP approach?

FODMAPs are short-chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed and can ferment in the gut. The low-FODMAP approach removes them for a short period, then reintroduces them group by group so you learn which ones you actually react to. AllerPrism guides each phase and keeps track of the results for you.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access for 7 days. A card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. If you stay, your subscription starts automatically after the trial ends.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your meals and symptoms are stored under your account only, protected with row-level security, and never sold. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.

Can I share results with my doctor or dietitian?

Yes. One tap generates a clean PDF report of your meals, symptoms and suspected triggers over any period, made to be read by a professional.
